Welcome to the Crazy Creek FAQ—where we answer all your “how,” “what,” and “why” about our pack-flat chairs and pads. Our chairs are built from ripstop nylon (or polyester on printed models) and high-density closed-cell foam that won’t soak up water, so you can sit comfortably on damp ground or slick stadium bleachers without worry. Every Original and Hex 2.0™ chair comes with a lifetime warranty against defects, and cleaning is as simple as wiping with a damp cloth and mild soap. Because they roll or fold down to just a few inches, they’re easy to stash in a pack, on a cooler, or even your car’s trunk—no bulky frames required. WHAT IS THE CRAZY CREEK PRODUCTS® WARRANTY POLICY?
Crazy Creek Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for either the lifetime of the product, one year or five year as stated for each product, not the persons lifetime ;).
If a Crazy Creek Products item is covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
HOW DO I START THE WARRANTY EVALUATION PROCESS?
For warranty evaluation, please email us images of the product and the damage in question to chairs(at)crazycreek.com for consideration. If necessary to return to us, all shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Crazy Creek Products cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for warranty must be clean.
This warranty does not cover any products purchased as used equipment or products used in rental programs.
WHAT IS LIFETIME?
The products eligible for warranty are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the usable lifetime of the product.
Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Your Crazy Creek Product may not survive your lifetime, but we often hear from our fans that their chair has been with them over 20 years!
WHAT IS NORMAL WEAR & TEAR?
Crazy Creek Products lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Crazy Creek Products, they will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the bottom of chairs from rubbing when you sit on abrasive areas and general breakdown of the materials over the years.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Order
Shipping Charges for Domestic Orders will be automatically computed and displayed at the time you place your online order. Additional charges may apply for over-sized packages. Orders placed by noon MST are shipped the same day - weekdays only. The day it leaves does not count as a shipping day.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders with express shipping must be received by 12:00 pm MST to ship the same day the order is placed. The day the order is placed does not count as a shipping day as UPS picks up at the end of the day. Crazy Creek only ships products Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Days shown in map include the day the order ships. Please call if you need confirmation of what day it will be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you will be shipping outside of the United States and Canada, please email chairs(at)crazycreek.com or call 406-446-3446 to place your order. We will need the item number and/or description of the product you are ordering, the quantity and the shipping address to determine your shipping charges. We have included duties and taxes for shipments into Canada in the UPS Standard rates. You will not receive an additional charge upon receipt.
RETURN POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
