All shipping rates are calculated by dimensions of box.
Expedited Shipping
Orders with express shipping must be received by 12:00 pm MST to ship the same day the order is placed. The day the order is placed does not count as a shipping day as UPS picks up at the end of the day. Crazy Creek only ships products Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Days shown in map include the day the order ships. Please call if you need confirmation of what day it will be delivered.
Special Circumstances
In instances where the quantity or total weight of your order exceeds normal shipping rates, we will contact you with the freight information and charges prior shipping your order.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after we receive your order. This does not mean the order has shipped. The freight carrier will email tracking information the day your order ships. If you can not find the email, please check your spam folder. Often times it is mistaken for spam. Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are based on weight and size. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
